 You can get CE for doing the AAI program self-study but certain guidelines must be met:

  • Self-study courses are filed by 81, 82 and 83. You must complete all three segments in each of these sections and pass the exam for each in order for The Institutes to file CE for that section.
  • You must self-study all the segments in a section to have self-study CE filed.   For example you cannot do two segments self-study and one classroom.  They must all be self-study. 
  • You are able to self-study one section and take all classes of another section.  So you can mix and match sections with classroom and self-study but not segments.
  • When sending in your exam packet, make sure that you check the box on The Institutes List of Examinees form that says Check box if CE is to be reported for EXAM (s) only.
  • The CE grid for AAI self-study classes can be found HERE . Please look under VA to find how many credits you will get for each section.
Order Retake Exams:
Exams are $50/each and will only be sent to a supervisor, who can administer the exam.
